Layer Cake Quilt Along
Ok, girls! Who's going to join in the Layer Cake Quilt Along? Konda from the blog Moose on the Porch Quilting has planned another fun quilt along. This is the same blog as the Jelly Roll Quilt Along. The fabric requirements as well as other details are listed on this post. The quilt along begins on November 2. 2010 until May 3rd, 2011. I'm trying to decide which layer cake to use, but 12 fat quarters can be used also. Decisions, decisions. Join in the fun!

I am thinking about it but also thinking about not starting the project until after a few blocks have been published. I am not crazy about how my jelly roll blocks turned out with color placement.

I've been thinking of joining a quilt along for a while and since I've seen your post about it I think I will join this one.
I've read the list of "ingredients" and I'm not sure which fabric to choose...I'm afraid of messing it up by not making a good choice. I've never heard of "accent" fabric before...is it meant to be plain???
Anyway, I'll give it a go!
